I need buns, people!

Okay, while that title could be referring to my slightly underinflated bum, I’m talking about the hamburger variety.  (Geez, what were you thinking???)  : )  As I sit here typing, the bun from my chicken sandwich is calling to me from the trash can.  I’m not that desperate… yet.  I must admit, though, I’m getting there.  I’ve been sticking to my Atkins diet really closely for almost two months now, but I seem to have hit a wall.  It’s easy to skip the carbs when you are seeing results, but it’s getting hard for this salad dodger to resist the starchier things in life when the scale refuses to budge.  Still, as I sit here, comfy in pants that were way too tight last month, I know this will pass and I will see results again soon.  In the meantime, I’m just going to run harder, scarf the veggies, and stifle the urge to swallow a doughnut whole.  : )
